Online payments to The 鶹ӳ with ParentPay

The 鶹ӳ has introduced a more convenient way to pay for educational visits, clubs and much more online, using the secure service ParentPay.

ParentPay is live at The Academy and we are now a cashless school. Parents and carers who need to continue making payments by cash may do so using the Pay Point network at local convenience stores (a barcoded letter will need to be asked for to use this service).

Making secure payments online using your credit or debit card

ParentPay offers the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.

All parents/carers have a secure online account which is activated using a unique username and password and will be prompted to change these, and to keep them safe and secure. If more than one child is on roll at The Academy, accounts can be merged to create one login for all children.

Making a payment is straightforward and ParentPay holds a payment history which can be viewed at a later date; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once the account is activated online payments can be made immediately.

Using PayPoint

PayPoint payments are recorded by ParentPay and can be viewed by logging into the individual ParentPay account and viewing payment history online.
